From Chaos to Community
Healing the Wounds That Divide

“There is a yearning in the heart for peace. Because of the wounds and rejections we have received in past relationships, we are frightened by the risks. In our fear, we discount the dream of authentic community as merely visionary. But there are ways by which people can come back together, by which the old wounds can be healed… Community Building provides an opportunity to learn these methods, to make hope real again and to make the vision actually manifest in a world which has almost forgotten the glory of what it means to be human.”

~ M. Scott Peck, MD,
author of best-selling book
The Road Less Traveled

Community Building Workshop is a 3 day workshop of highly experiential processa journey to the unknown through uncertainity.
It is an adventure in human interaction, where participants identify obstacles to deeper levels of communication.

Guided by skilled facilitators in a way that is described as autonomous facilitationthe group works on its own to discover what it is like to become a “true community”an organism that self-organises around a common purpose and where nobody is “pulling the strings”.

The model of this workshop is very unusual, probably one that you have not yet experienced.

TRUSTED BY GLOBAL BRANDS

“Community Building was used to help bring about some significant culture changes in the working environment of the company. At the time, Dalen was experiencing tremendous growth that was forcing organizational changes. Through management retreats, team building, and Community Building experiences… we worked to bring about some dramatic organizational and cultural change.”

David Caldwell, CEO, Dalen Products, Inc.
“Community Building has completely changed the culture of our organization on every level. We now have a common language to use when communicating. Interruptions and assumptions have been replaced by deep listening and empathy. Our team has become more honest and expressive with one another, allowing for increased productivity and an improved morale. Employees have stated that Community Building has changed their lives; I know it has definitely changed mine. We are committed to offering the CBW experience to all of our employees and embedding the CBW principles into our operational structure.”
Dawn Barnett, Co-Executive Director, Running Rebels
“I have experienced the power and potential of Community Building after participating in a Community Building Workshop with Edward Groody. His supportive facilitating style was able to shift the group to much deeper levels of relationships and create bonds that have had a lasting impact on my life. I recommend the Community Building Workshop to anyone who is searching for authenticity in their lives and success in their organization or business.”
John Pehrson, Manager, DuPont, Wilmington, Delaware
“I have found Community Building to be an experience that can offer an opportunity to learn what it means to be everything we are as individuals in the deepest part of ourselves and, at the same time, to encourage and inform what it means to be a responsible member of the various societies, groups or families to which we belong. It’s been invaluable.”
Kyle Lehning, multiple Grammy award-winning record producer

Pricing policy

We have different pricing model for private and public sector.

Why I have to pay more and somebody else has better price than me?
That’s unfair.

Well it may feel & seem so. And you might decide based on such impression.
Or maybe we can share with you the reason why we are giving advantage to public sector organizations, NGOs, NPOs, universities, etc.

We care for social responsibility and we want to support companies that are not solely focused on profit making but their activities have positive social impact. In most cases such companies exist from voluntary gifts and donations, and their mission might have lasting effect and impact on our societies. Sometimes we might even take it for granted and be completely unaware of the existence of organizations that care for the elderly, people with mental disorder, environmental or other mindful matters.

This is the way how we want to support them in their mission and appreciate – sometimes unappreciated hard work.

Tandem price (displayed is price for one participant) is when 2 people from the same organization want to participate.
The group prices are applicable for participants from the same organization. If your group is bigger then that please Contact Us.
For purchasing and cancellation terms please see Terms and Conditions.
